  Plan is out so went in to buy a new phone. Consultant kept insisting that I went over my current data and I was wrong. When I knew that I had never done that and asked him to show me, he back peddled and said he looked at the wrong account. Then he tried to insist that I needed a new tablet when I told him I didn't. When I told him next time to listen to customers before treating them like fools, I was asked to leave. Never again Telstra. This has to be the worst customer service that I've experienced in a long time. If I treated my customers like that I wouldn't have a business.

  Do not come here if you need any help or expect any customer service what so ever. Absloutley useless. Worst shop. USELESS

  This store has to be the worst Telstra store on Cairns. The staff has limited brain waves between them and they don't know the stock or how to fix minor problems. You may aswell close this store they are useless no worst than that hopeless as well

  Following many conversations & dealings with one male staff member at the Telstra Mt Sheridan branch on numerous occasions & he has a useless attitude. Telstra, employ & train someone that can be of assistance to loyal Telstra paying customers. He wasn't interested in helping me at all.. Off the phone to him , contacted cairns central straight away and they instantly pointed me in the right direction & have since visited Central Branch & have received professional help.

  Lady was extremely rude and pushy. Didn't listen to anything. Insisted on pushing a plan that was way too expensive, along with extra insurance and accessories into an already very expensive plan that she was pushing. Then insisted I sign the plan and read it later as she had other customers to serve. But I was the only one in store. In the end I told her in no uncertain terms what she could do with the phone and walked out. NEVER AGAIN..
